For many francophones, the arts are an essential link between language and cultural identity, and Ontario&rsquo;s francophone artists are highly valued by their communities. With Francophone individuals and communities dispersed throughout Ontario, Francophone artists and arts organizations can face unique challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
